Sign up from Azure Marketplace

CVD Portal is listed on Microsoft Azure Marketplace as a free offer. If you found us there, you can provision your workspace with your existing Microsoft work account in one step, with no separate registration form.

How it works​

  1. On the Azure Marketplace listing, select Get it now. Microsoft signs you in and sends you to the CVD Portal setup page.
  2. Select Sign in with Microsoft. You authenticate with your organisation's Microsoft Entra account.
  3. Your free workspace is created immediately and you land in the dashboard. Your public portal goes live at yourcompany.cvdportal.com.

There is no password to create and no second form to fill in. The details Microsoft already verified are enough to set up your account.

Returning users​

Sign in from Azure Marketplace again, or from the normal login page with the Continue with Microsoft button, and you go straight back to your existing workspace. We match on your email address, so you never end up with a duplicate account.

If a colleague already created a workspace for your company, signing in with your own Microsoft account creates a separate workspace for you rather than joining theirs. To work in the same workspace, ask that colleague to invite you from Settings → Team instead.

Work accounts only​

You must use an organisation (work or school) Microsoft account. Personal Microsoft accounts (outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com) cannot create a workspace, the same rule that applies to Gmail and other public email providers. This keeps a portal tied to a real company domain and prevents brand impersonation. If you sign in with a personal account, we return you to the setup page with a note to use your work account.
