How do I export an auditor evidence package?

On the Dashboard, select Export evidence package on the September 2026 readiness card. This opens the Evidence Report. It compiles an auditor-ready package with an executive summary, EN 40000-1-3 coverage, and an audit trail summary. Use Print Report for a document or Download JSON for the machine-readable version.

Steps​

  1. Open the Dashboard.
  2. On the September 2026 readiness card, select Export evidence package. The Evidence Report opens. You can also select Evidence Report in the obligation matrix on the CVD Readiness page.
  3. Read the executive summary and per-phase artifact coverage. A portal artifact counts only when the portal holds its data. An article that does not apply to your CRA roles is listed and does not count. The percentage is the same December 2027 readiness figure that the dashboard shows.
  4. Review the EN 40000-1-3 coverage and the Audit Trail Summary.
  5. Select Print Report for a document, or Download JSON for the machine-readable file.
