How do I get listed in the CVD Portal partner directory?
A partner gets a listing in the CVD Portal partner directory after it approves the listing text in writing. The directory is on cvdportal.com/partners. Each listing shows the partner name, logo, text, website and a link to the partner signup page.

A manufacturer who signs up through the start link is connected to the partner account. This is the same link as in the partner onboarding steps.
The directory page also shows two notes above all listings. Listed partners work with CVD Portal under a partner agreement, and some resell it. Under the CRA, a manufacturer may appoint an EU authorised representative (Article 18(1)), but it does not have to, and the manufacturer stays responsible for Article 14 reporting.
Get listed
- Send the listing text, the category and your website to support@cvdportal.com.
- Wait for our reply with the listing as it will show.
- Reply with your written approval.
- Check the listing on cvdportal.com/partners.
We record the date and the reference of your approval. The listing goes live only after that.
Change or remove a listing
Send the change or the removal request to support@cvdportal.com. A changed text needs a new written approval. A removal takes effect when we save it, and the listing leaves the page at once.
Common problems
- The listing does not show. The partner account must be active, and the listing needs a category and a text.
- The logo does not show. The logo address must start with
https://. Ask us to update it. - "AR" in the text. Write "authorised representative" in full. On the ENISA Single Reporting Platform, "AR" means Assigned Representative, which is a different role.
