How do I set up my disclosure portal?

Open Settings and set your company profile and subdomain, choose your place of establishment and Member State for Article 14 routing, then apply your logo and portal colour. Branding is what makes the portal read as yours rather than a third-party form, which affects whether researchers trust it enough to report.

Steps​

  1. Open Settings, then the General tab.
  2. Set the company name and confirm the subdomain and slug.
  3. Under Establishment and Article 14 reporting, choose your place of establishment and Member State of main establishment, then add the Member States where your products are made available.
  4. Confirm the Public Intake Portal is active.
  5. Under Branding, upload your logo and set the portal colour, then Save Changes.
